App will not work on my iPhone 16 pro
When trying to sign on it keeps saying "The Qardio service cannot be reached. Please check your internet connection and try again".
But my internet is work just fine. The app works on my iPad just fine but I would like it to work on my iPhone. I have deleted the app on my iPhone and reinstalled it and it still does the same thing.
Please HELP. Thank You

Went out of business, and left its customers with useless electronics
Well, after long searching for the phone number of how to get in touch with cardio, I found an article that talked about it going out of business and going bankrupt. It says they just closed the doors one day.
Wow. What a great way to end it with your relationship with your customers. Rather than finding somebody to purchase The software to run so that we can continue to use our goods, you just run with your tails and hid. Cowards.
Yes, I can use my weight scale, and I can use my oxygen l meter, but Im left with a brick for the blood pressure device.
Yes, Im pissed, but Im also a little angry at some of the big giants like Apple and Android for not taking this software over and continuing it for their customers. What a mess!

No app, no support this product is abandoned, a painful experience. You lost your money. A product without an app is useless.

I have been using Quardio monitoring for over a year. I have two units.
Now I really need it because I've had three heart attacks and a triple bypass. I have been locked out of my phone account, and there is absolutely no way to contact the company to get this resolved at a time I need to be relaxed. You are making me incredibly angry.
Your customer service is absolutely non-existent. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

Need a phone number for the California office when there is a problem. Comes up Qardio is not found and that I need to check my connections when I can get on other websites with no problems. I tried filling out one form and it wouldnt send because it said email is already in use.

I have not received any response from Qardio and I still am unable to "log in and use the BP monitor.
I can't take my blood pressure with either QardioArm device. I have 2. Asks for login credentials, then can't be reached.

have not heard back after filing complaint about no customer service and still do not have product.
Where is my order? What is the problem with shipping this product?
I'm not very happy ordering from Qardio. If I do not receive a response to this email, I may return any product that I have previously ordered from you. I have never experienced such a problem with any online orders.

However, the settings showed on the screen,
but the arm part did not tense up and vibrate as usual.
